1. How do I clean a pizza stone?
- Use a stone brush and hot water. Do not submerge the stone completely in water.
- Wet the surface with a small stream of water and scrub thoroughly with a brush. (Never use soap!)
- Air dry the stone instead of baking it, as any absorbed moisture that is squeezed out in the oven can cause the stone to crack.
- For cleaning super hard baked and charred debris, we recommend our heavy duty pizza stone scrubber.
